When and where are your services?

We hold three worship services a week: Sunday morning at 11:00 AM, Sunday evening at 6:00, and Thursday evening at 7:00. We are located at 360 N. Oak Ave in Clifton Heights, which is around the corner from Clifton Heights Middle School.

Where should I park?
We have a parking lot. Street parking is also available on Sunday morning.

Is your church wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our sanctuary and first floor restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

What should I wear?
Most church members dress up, but casual clothes are perfectly fine and not out of place.
​
How long are your services?
Services typically last about 75–90 minutes from beginning to end.
​
Will I be singled out as a visitor?
Not at all, but you will most likely be greeted and welcomed by several people.

Do you have online services?
We do not have online services. We encourage everyone to gather together in person.

Is childcare available?
We have a nursery available on Sunday morning after the song service for ages 0–4. We have Children's Church in our downstairs fellowship hall on Sunday morning after the song service for ages 5–12.

​Is Kids Kampus part of your church?
Kids Kampus is a separate organization and is not part of our church.​ However, we are constantly impressed by the well-ordered, clean, safe, and friendly way the daycare is run.

What kind of church is the Potter's House?
The Potter's House is a Protestant church that affirms the Nicene Creed. We are born-again (John 3:3), evangelistic (Mark 16:15), and Pentecostal (1 Corinthians 14). We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit have a place in worship service when practiced in an orderly and Biblical manner.

Is the Potter’s House part of a denomination?
We are part of a fellowship of churches known as Christian Fellowship Ministries. We are not governed by a central headquarters, as is a denomination. Rather, we are a local, independent church connected to a larger network of churches with shared goals, beliefs, and structure. Church decisions are made locally, but the larger body allows for advice, guidance, assistance, and accountability.

How do I become a member?
If you are already a Christian and you want to serve God in unity with our church, we welcome you. If you are new to Christianity, we will pray with you as you repent and commit your life to Jesus. We will arrange baptism and guide you through the basics of Christian beliefs and conduct.
After six months, you can get involved in different ministries within the congregation.
Our church is a place where you can faithfully pursue God’s calling for your life with the talents He has given you. You will find a place of discipleship, encouragement, direction, support, and teamwork.
